MORTGAGE PROCESS:

1rst STEP: Finding Out the Right Mortgage

The whole process is made of different steps we will need to follow and could take only a few months.


But there are some cases where until you find the right house for you and all the check being completed the waiting period could be  12 months or more.


Initially we will need to have an online meeting to inform you about the whole mortgage process and what is our payment for the whole process.


We will need to check your passports , income documents, bank statements, your credit report, your status and where your deposit for your new home will come from.


We will check what is the maximum loan amount you can borrow.


The deposit you will put towards your new mortgage is an important factor towards the deals you could have from the U.K. banks and building societies.


The bigger the deposit you could down pay , the best  mortgage deals interest would be available to you.


Having access to all the banks and building societies we will check together which lender is the best choice for you.



2nd STEP: How You Can Apply

When you find your dream house and the landlord accepts your offer.


We will prepare all mandatory documents that concerns the details about the mortgage loan we will recommend to you, sourcing the best mortgage deal for your circumstances.



If you agree for us to proceed, we’ll apply on your behalf for the mortgage loan you can borrow with the lender that will provide the best financial terms.


We  will walk you through the entire process and be available for any questions and updates along the way.

3rd STEP: A Mortgage Consultant That is Dedicated to you.



After our mortgage application the mortgage lender will carry out their own independent valuation of the property to verify that your purchase of the property to verify that your purchase price is in line with the market valuation.


Your lawyer will check the property's title to see if there are any charges or debts registered against the property and give details about any rights of way over the property .

They will also do local searches, environmental searches and drainage searches regarding the property to check everything is al right.


Before the exchange of contracts you will need to buy building insurance.

This is mandatory insurance to be on risk during the whole term of the mortgage loan.


If everything is in order , then at the very end you will have the Exchange of contracts and

you will receive the keys to your new home.


You will then be the new owners that would have to repay the mortgage loan you as agreed .
